Isle of Wight Jobs has been instructed by a locally based and highly respected global organisation to recruit for a Product Trainer – Global Software Solutions.

Based on the Isle of Wight, this role is an opportunity which will see you taking ownership of the companies training strategy, course development, and user enablement. 

You’ll work closely with product managers, sales teams, and customer support to create engaging, effective training programs that support both clients and internal teams. 

Ideally the successful candidate will have a background working with IT professionals, either as an engineer or trainer and have a strong understanding of Microsoft Technologies. Naturally you will be a great communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment. 

Working from their offices on the Isle of Wight, you’ll develop and deliver training programs for their clients and internal teams. You will have the freedom to create engaging learning materials to utilise which could include manuals, video tutorials and e-learning modules.  

Working with clients across the globe you will run training sessions, both online and in-person whilst working closely with the product teams to ensure that the content aligns with the software updates and user needs. 

As a bonus, if you have a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field this would be great, but not essential. Likewise with knowledge of cybersecurity, alarm management, or safety management principles.
