We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Inventory & Planning Coordinator to support our inventory control, capacity planning, and financial reconciliation processes. You will work closely with cross functional teams to improve operational efficiency and ensure accurate inventory control.

The key responsibilities of the role will be split into two areas, these are -  

Planning & Inventory Management

• Track and forecast inventory levels to address historic stock issues.
• Help manage capacity planning through our ERP systems.
• Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) and work closely with team leads to resolve discrepancies.
• Support efforts to optimize WIP processes and job planning.
• Improve kitting and de-kitting processes for greater efficiency.

Financial Management & Reporting

• Generate inventory movement reports and monitor product costs.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies with the Finance team.
• Support both internal and annual financial audits.
• Track material scrap and obsolescence and ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate on monitoring monthly materials and inventory budgets.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem solving skills, great attention to detail, have an understanding of inventory and financial reporting and a willingness to learn ERP systems and data tools.
