Office Administrator
We are a busy manufacturing company seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our team. This is a flexible, part-time role offering a minimum of 15 hours per week, with working hours available between 9:30 am and 3:00 pm. Additional hours may be available and or required by prior agreement.
Key Responsibilities:

Raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate procurement records.

Filing and organising essential paperwork, including material certificates, delivery notes, and invoices.

Answering incoming phone calls and managing general enquiries professionally.

Arranging transport and coordinating the delivery of incoming and outgoing goods.
Skills & Experience:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with particular attention to email composition, grammar, and spelling.

Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.
