Located in Sandford, Godshill - Inspiration undertakes a wide range of custom bespoke fabrication, ranging from marine & diving infrastructure, modular buildings, eco-conscious designs and bespoke engineering. If You Dream It, We Build It! 

We are looking for a permanent member to join the team as a Junior Welder/Fabricator. Due to the bespoke nature of the job welding experience is necessary, preferably with the abilities to work with a wider range of differing materials. Full support will be given to the selected candidate.

This position is a full time position 8AM-5PM with overtime as an optional extra. Pay dependant on level of experience. As a junior welder/fabricator you'll be working alongside with other skilled welders & fabricators with a future of undertaking given projects solo. You'll be working within an ever-growing team comprised of craftsmen from many different backgrounds, therefor the selected candidate will need excellent communication skills and to be someone who thrives in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities -

• Ability to read technical drawings and cutting lists
• To be able to work well within a team in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work with a wide range of materials
• The role may be required to assist other roles within the operation for which full training /support will be given
• To work within a timely manor
• Measure, cut and assemble projects to correct specification
