Full-time finisher/ Trimmer

The Meeting Pod Co is a dynamic Island company that manufactures and sells Indoor and Outdoor Office Pods to provide meeting space and breakout areas for office, commercial, healthcare, and educational workplaces, or campuses. Our pods are dynamic in style, exceptional in quality and deliver a purpose that is now aligned to the new ways we want to meet, work, and learn.

The Meeting Pod Co has grown substantially since its formation, now selling its pods all over the world to a range of global brands including:

Google, Samsung, Amazon, Barclays, BT, EON, Siemens

We are looking to recruit a Full-time finisher/ Trimmer to join our team.

The main duties will include:

• Trim and prepare composite parts
• Move and manage products safely and efficiently.
• Buff and polish parts to a high-gloss finish
• Fit out completed parts and other pod parts / accessories.
• Support full product installations (2–3 per month) nationwide.
• Support other teams where required

The successful applicant will need to be self-motivated, have excellent attention to detail, be confident in person and on the phone, show initiative and work well as part of a team.

40-hour work week on a contract basis

6-month probation period to ensure the role is the right fit

Pay: PH – POA

Generous holiday allowance: 22 days + 8 statutory holidays, increasing to 23 days in year 2, 24 in year 3, capped at 25 days in year 4.
