Welcome Hub Coordinator – Maternity Cover (Job Share)
Contract Type: Fixed-term until April 2027
Hours: 25 hours per week

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in our Welcome Hub, ensuring every pupil and family feels supported from the very first interaction. Working on a job share basis to provide maternity cover, you’ll help us deliver a smooth admissions process and manage bursary support with care and professionalism.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the first friendly point of contact for families.
- Coordinating reception admissions in line with statutory requirements.
- Administering bursary applications accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining confidential records and ensuring compliance with data protection.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Previous experience in admissions or bursary administration is desirable, but not essential – we’ll provide full training and support.
