Join Us as a Team Administrator - Fixed Term up to 1 year
Salary/Banding: AP04 - £26,100 per annum
Hours of Work: 39 hours per week, including occasional weekends and evenings to support events
Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 days per year

We’re on the hunt for a super-organised Team Administrator to support our short courses, employer training, international team and apprenticeship team. From coordinating bookings and events to keeping our admin ship sailing smoothly, you’ll be right at the heart of the action.
What you’ll be up to:
- Juggling course schedules and bookings
- Helping our teams with day-to-day admin magic
- Making events happen — rooms, equipment, the works
- Being the friendly face (and inbox!) for enquiries
- Keeping everything organised, accurate and on track
