- Promote positive relationships between families and educational settings, ensuring the voice of the child remains central to planning and intervention.
- Attend and contribute to school and multi-agency planning meetings, supporting coordinated approaches across education, health and social care.
- Provide information, advice and signposting for parents and carers to help them access appropriate services and resources.
- Contribute to developing and delivering training programmes tailored to the needs of schools and educational settings.
- Help identify and reduce barriers to learning, attendance, participation and wellbeing for neurodivergent children and young people.
What you will bring
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience of working with families, professionals, children and young people within education, SEND, inclusion or related children's services.
- Knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice, National Curriculum and safeguarding responsibilities.

- Strong understanding of neurodivergence and inclusive approaches that support positive outcomes for children and young people.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships with children, families, schools and professional partners.
- Experience of delivering training, modelling strategies and supporting inclusive practice within educational settings.
- The ability to work independently, prioritise workload and maintain accurate records.
- Strong ICT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications and Teams.
What we offer
- The opportunity to be part of an innovative and developing Neurodiversity Support Team.
- Meaningful work that improves outcomes for neurodivergent children, young people and their families.
- Ongoing professional development and learning opportunities.
- A supportive, collaborative and inclusive working environment.
- Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
