What We’re Looking For:

·         A maths enthusiast who can make calculus captivating and statistics sparkle.

·         Someone who can explain complex concepts with clarity, creativity, and maybe even a bit of comedy.

·         A mentor who inspires students to love learning — even when it involves quadratic equations.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

·         Deliver engaging lessons across a range of maths topics (from basic numeracy to advanced algebra).

·         Create a classroom atmosphere that’s more exciting than a surprise test (in a good way).

·         Support students in unlocking their inner mathematician — one formula at a time.

About you:

You are an enthusiastic and knowledgeable educator with a genuine passion for mathematics and a commitment to helping students succeed. With strong subject expertise and excellent communication skills, you can explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging way, adapting your teaching to meet diverse learner needs.

Above all, you care about making a difference. You’re supportive, approachable, and dedicated to creating an inclusive and inspiring learning environment where every student can thrive.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

·         Minimum Level 3 maths qualification or equivalent, although a Level 5 or Level 6 relevant qualification would be desirable

·         Level 2 Qualifications in English

·         A relevant teaching qualification or willingness to work towards

·         An innovative thinker with the ability to engage and enthuse our students

·         Good planning, preparation and organisation skills
