LSA: 27.5 hours hrs per week (Term time only)
HAY 5A-E (£16,940-£17,210 gross per annum (actual salary)
MSA: 2.5 hours per week (Term time only)
HAY 1 C-E (£1,435-£1,446 gross per annum (actual salary)
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Learning Support / Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our primary site, to provide support for identified pupils within our Resource Provision (ASC), from September 2026.
The successful candidate will support the SENCO and Resource Provision Teacher to address the needs of pupils who require additional support in overcoming barriers to their learning; have a positive approach to inclusive practice and who is receptive and can adapt to different situations.
You must be passionate about working with children with an Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC); show compassion, resilience and patience, and have an enthusiasm for supporting pupils with special educational needs. This is an exciting role where the successful applicant will have an opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people.
