Learning Support Assistant (Secondary)

To commence September 2026

HAY 5A-E (£18,480 - £18,775 gross actual salary per annum)

30 hours per week

Term time only 

We are looking to appoint enthusiastic and self-motivated Learning Support Assistants (LSA) to join our friendly and supportive team from September 2026.

• Can you "read the room" and pivot your support based on a student’s emotional or academic needs in the moment?
• Can you make the curriculum accessible and exciting?
• Are you receptive and adaptive?
• Are you able to build rapport with students who may find school challenging?
• Do you have a calm and nurturing presence?
• Do you have a genuine interest in SEND and a desire to support learning?
