Medina College is seeking to appoint Learning Support Assistants to support access to learning for students and provide general support to teachers in the management of students and the classroom.
This role is an opportunity to make a real and lasting difference every single day. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support social, health, physical and wellbeing programmes. You’ll supervise and encourage students to stay safe and engaged in learning, while building strong, positive relationships that allow you to act as a trusted role model. By promoting inclusion and acceptance, you’ll help every child feel valued and supported, encouraging them to interact with others, take part in activities, and develop their independence with confidence. This is an exciting time for Medina College as we strive to make a real difference to the experiences of our SEND students.
