Hours: 30 hrs Per Week Term Time plus 10 days Permanent contract
We are seeking to appoint an HR Assistant for one of our Colleges who will support the school on an operational basis but under the guidance of the HISP MAT (Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Southampton and Portsmouth) Central HR service.
The MAT is early in its growth and the Colleges are fast-paced, fun and caring environments in which to work and there are excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth and development. We believe in building excellent educational environments that inspire and unlock potential in all of its school communities. There are multiple schools within the Trust, covering the age ranges from nursery to 19 with plans to expand and grow quickly across our geographical location.
