Medina College is seeking to appoint a Family Liaison Officer to help strengthen relationships between school, students and families and ensure that every young person is supported to engage successfully with their education.
This is a fixed term, part time role (35hpw, Term time only) to end 31/08/27
In this important role, you will work closely with families, pastoral, attendance and safeguarding teams to identify barriers, provide early support and help families access the right services where needed. You will build positive and trusting relationships with parents and carers, support improved attendance and engagement, and act as an important link between home, school and external agencies.
