We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Exams & Data Officer to join our secondary site from September 2026.
As Exams & Data Officer you will play a crucial role in managing student data and overseeing the full examination lifecycle - from planning, entries and access arrangements, through the delivery of examinations, to results and post-results services - ensuring full compliance with JCQ regulations and awarding body requirements at all times.
You will directly support school leadership, teachers, students and external agencies where appropriate, by ensuring accurate and timely information is available to drive student progress, while maintaining compliance with exam regulations.
This role would suit someone who enjoys problem-solving, demonstrates strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for data and education. The ability to work independently, respond effectively to changing situations, and plan events with precision is essential.
