We’re looking for an Examinations Manager who shares our values and is ready to lead with integrity, precision, and care.

This isn’t just about timetables and paperwork. It’s about precision under pressure, leadership with heart, and making a difference when it matters most.
You’ll be the go-to expert for all things exams—managing the full cycle from registrations to results, coordinating invigilators, and ensuring compliance with awarding bodies. You’ll be the person who makes sure everything runs like clockwork, even when the stakes are high.
You’ll be:
- Leading the exams team with confidence and clarity
- Liaising with awarding bodies and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Managing invigilators and exam logistics with precision
- Supporting students with empathy and professionalism
- Using data to drive improvements and ensure accuracy
Who we’re looking for:
You’re someone who thrives on detail, stays calm under pressure, and knows how to lead a team with warmth and authority. You’ll bring:
- Experience in exams, administration, timetabling or data management within an education context.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
