Chatterbox is looking for a fully qualified Early Years Practitioner

If you’re ready for a new challenge or want to further your career or pursue a more senior role in childcare, then  Chatterbox is looking to add a new member to the team.

You will be given the opportunity to work with the youngest children, within our carefully designed, separate baby department, or if you prefer preschool and enjoy early years education and school readiness these options are available to the right candidate.

You must hold a level 3 qualification or above  in childcare and have relevant hands-on experience working with children.

The position is permanent and full-time including school holidays, working with children from birth to five years. Chatterbox offers excellent rates of pay which reflect the level of commiment required for this job role, taking into consideration your age and expertise.

Chatterbox is a well-established private full time childcare facility, offering nursery and preschool places for children from birth to five years. We are open 52 weeks a year from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. The setting is based in a large Georgian house with more than twelve well-resourced rooms, which are bright, airy, and decorated with the childrens work. The outside space provides a safe, private garden which can be enjoyed in all weathers. The staffing team at Chatterbox put the children first, they work together to make every day stimulating and exciting, including story and rhyme time, outside play, adult led learning activities, arts, crafts, messy play, and plenty of opportunity to play and socialise. Children are encouraged to develop their skills and personality that make them who they are, to be praised for their achievements and to support them through managing their feelings and behaviours. Freshly cooked food and snacks are provided by the cook and at the end of every day the cleaner comes in to make sure the setting is kept clean.
