The Wildheart Trust is a young charity currently in a period of exciting change.  We have big goals for the future, and some incredible ground-breaking projects underway.  Our Learning & Discovery team is at the forefront of this change and we are excitednow to be able to recruit a Discovery Host to join our team!

We are looking for an energetic, personable, outgoing and creative individual to help support our current Learning & Discovery team, by hosting educational visits, workshops, experiences and birthday parties, as part of the department's diverse offering.  We will require candidates to have experience in planning and delivering engaging sessions to meet a variety of learning needs and for a range of ages and abilities.  This is a Zero Hours position and would best be suited to someone who is looking for part-time hours, with availability to increase hours during busy periods.

The role will affirm the work of the Wildheart Trust by offering and providing an education experience to our cohorts of schools and groups.  Above all, you will need to be personable and approachable, ensuring a good day out is had by all.  You must have exemplary communication skills and the ability to interact and engage with visitors of all ages.  The right candidates will need a sound knowledge of animals, conservation and the natural world.
