An energetic, strategic and committed Director of English and Literacy is sought to join our secondary site from September 2026
The successful candidate will:
- provide clear and ambitious leadership, driving excellence in teaching and learning, shaping curriculum development and ensuring consistently high outcomes for all students
- deliver exceptional learning experiences for all students
- have leadership and management experience and proven outstanding classroom practice
- be highly organised and knowledgeable in using data to support students
- have the ability to communicate effectively with clarity and sensitivity to the school community
- have excellent subject knowledge and will be expected to teach across all key Stages.
