Greenmount Primary School are seeking to appoint a hard-working, dependable and self-motivated person, to join our team with effect from April.
At the direction of the senior leadership team you will oversee the teaching and development for a class of children.
The role includes duties in addition to those covered by the latest Main Pay Range Teachers’ Responsibilities. These include:
- Supporting the vision, values and aims of our school and contribute to the school community it serves.
- Ensuring provision to the highest possible standards of teaching, learning, and development of the pupils in your charge.
- Foster a learning environment and educational experience that is fully inclusive and provides children with the opportunity to fulfil their individual potential.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities or duties reasonably directed by the Head teacher.
The successful candidates must have:
- QTS.
- Experience relevant to the role
- Full working knowledge of policies and practices of schools.
- Excellent understanding of pupils’ educational development
- Effective teaching, learning and assessment strategies
- A good knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum
- A commitment to make a difference, inspire and motivate.
- A commitment to their own learning and development, and the sharing of good practice.
