Catering Administrator & Hospitality Coordinator
Part Time, Fixed Term Contract (until 25th July 2025)
Ryde School is a co-educational independent day and boarding school for children aged 2-18 years old. We are currently looking to appoint a highly-organised Catering Administrator & Hospitality Coordinator to provide administrative support to the School’s Catering operations. This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week, the exact work pattern will be discussed at interview stage. The role is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who is able to self-manage and utilise exceptional IT skills to deliver timely management information. Key tasks will involve the use of spreadsheets and the dissemination of information as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
? Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of personal organisation.
? A flexible attitude, adapting to the needs of the job as and when they arise.
? Demonstrable ability of delivering internal customer satisfaction through administration.
? Proven experience of accuracy with repetitive tasks such as processing invoices, time and attendance data, handling customer enquiries (hospitality bookings, events, etc).
? Experience of working in an education / school environment (desirable, but not essential).
