This is an exciting opportunity for an existing or aspiring Assistant Headteacher to come and join our team and help shape the future Bembridge C of E Primary School.
We are looking for someone who:
- is an excellent primary practitioner who can use their teaching and learning skills, knowledge and understanding to support colleagues to improve their practice even further
- is committed to improving outcomes for all children, regardless of their starting points
- has an excellent knowledge and understanding of strategies and principles to support SEN pupils to achieve their best outcomes
- is supportive of the Christian Ethos and our school values
- is able to promote the culture of safeguarding as a priority across our school community
