The Isle of Wight College is seeking a proactive Activity Leader to lead and supervise our International students through engaging activities, both on and off the Isle of Wight.
About The Role:
The Activity Leader will supervise and accompany International students engaged in various activities organised by the Isle of Wight College, both on and off the Isle of Wight. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the welfare of the International students, while maintaining an engaging and enthusiastic atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Activity Leader, you will:
· To lead and supervise International students through activities, both on and off the Isle of Wight
· To liaise with the International Department regarding all aspects of activities to be supervised, including but not limited to bookings, timings, and safety protocols
· To provide engaging opportunities for International students, promoting a happy and enthusiastic atmosphere
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
· Level 2 Qualifications in English and Maths
· A recognised First Aid qualification would be desirable
· Good knoweldge of the Isle of Wight, including geographical and historical events
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to supervise and engage groups of students in external environments
