Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain assigned areas, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors
• Change bed linens and towels
• Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms
• Empty rubbish and dispose of waste properly
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Experience:
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• To present properties to a high standard ready for guest arrival

Skills:

• Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing excellent customer service
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail
