Holiday Let Housekeeper 

Salary - £12.50 / hour,

Location – Isle of Wight

Availability - Must be available Fridays & Saturdays, other days available 

Requirements: Must have valid driving license, own vehicle and smartphone

Silver Arch Holiday Let Solutions is the Isle of Wight's most diverse company specialising in the day to day management of holiday lets across the Island. Providing a wide range of solutions to holiday let owners including essential everyday services such as cleaning and maintenance up to legally required specialist services, the company is trusted by national and local holiday let agencies and many private landlords as a truly one-stop-shop for all their needs. 

Due to significant demand and growth, we require holiday let housekeepers/cleaners to be part of our team. Initially on a zero-hours contract, hours are flexible during the day to work around personal circumstances as best as we can.

Candidates must be available on on Fridays and Saturdays, with some Mondays and other days are available.

The role involves various responsibilities which are detailed below. You will be provided with all housekeeping equipment to perform the role, except for transport. All applicants must be able to drive and have their own vehicle and valid driving license. In addition to the hourly rate, you will be paid 45p per mile for all business travel.

There may also be opportunities to become involved in other services provided by our sister company Silver Arch Property Solutions and our Silver Arch Facilities Solutions brand, providing further opportunities for work. 

What the role involves:

The role of Holiday Let Housekeeper involves:

• Property clean and linen change of each property on set changeover days to a high standard
• Push button power check of fire and CO alarms.
• Using an app on your phone

Skills required:

No experience is necessary. Successful applicants will be provided with full training. Successful applicants should have the following skills:

• Excellent time management
• High standards and high level of attention to detail
• Able to use a smartphone and app
• Comfortable working independently
