Medina College are seeking to appoint a CLEANING TEAM MEMBER to help create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment where our students and staff can thrive.
Our cleaning team work Monday to Friday from 3.30pm to 6.30pm, during Term Time with 11 additional days worked over the school holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Cleaning Manager in delivering a high-quality cleaning service across Medina College and The Island VI Form sites.

Maintain clean, safe, and hygienic learning environments, including classrooms, offices, toilets, and communal areas.

Carry out daily cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, sanitising surfaces, emptying bins, and replenishing supplies.

Report maintenance issues, stock shortages, or health and safety concerns promptly to the relevant site staff.

Ensure cleaning equipment and storage areas are used safely and kept secure at all times.

Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people, adhering to school policies and health and safety procedures.
