Job Title: Recruitment Assistant
Salary: Up to £26,920 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications
Holiday: 30 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, plus additional leave for Christmas/New Year Closure
Hours: Up to 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday (office based)

the heart of what you'll do
- Crafting compelling recruitment campaigns - Write job adverts that sparkle and co-ordinate interviews with prevision and flair;
- Champion safer recruitment - Ensure every candidate journey meets the safeguarding and compliance standards with KCSiE (Keeping Children Safe in Education)
- Deliver onboarding magic -Create seamless, welcoming experiences for new staff members from offer to induction and beyond;
- Be the hearbeat of the People and Culutre team - Respond to queries, support managers, and ensure all stakeholders are informed every step of the way;
- Building brillant relationships - Connect with agencies, colleges and local community to attract top talent to our teams and represent us at careers events
YOUR INGREDIENTS FOR SUCCESS
ü A people person with a sharp eye for detail and a flair for multitasking
ü Experience in HR or recruitment (bonus points if you’ve worked with HRIS or managed onboarding previously)
ü A Confident communicator who can juggle deadlines and still smile at 4.59 pm on a Friday
ü Someone who is curious, proactive and ready to grow with us
ü Someone has amazing computer skills, who can turn a wish list of requirements into a job description, advert and succesful new staff member
ü A commitment to safeguarding and excellence across all aspects of the role
