About us:

We are an Autistic Peoples' Organisation. Our staff team and volunteers are all autistic. We promote a positive working environment for autistic people and provide support and flexible working opportunities to help you enjoy your working life.

About the role:

Our Peer Support Mentor will join our team to support with all of our existing services. This means you will be working with people of all ages in a variety of roles. You will support groups, workshops, training sessions and provide information and support at drop in sessions. We will provide support and training to do this.  Our website provides information on the types of support we offer people.

We are looking for approximatley 10 hours a week but are flexible for the right candidates and are happy to discuss. 

About you:

We are looking for someone with experience of working in a health or social care or education environment and an excellent understanding of Positive Autistic Identity. This role is for an autistic person and is subject to an enhanced DBS check. We welcome interested people to arrange a visit with us to discuss the role further.
