About the role:

We are looking for an experienced, creative and positive person to join our team to help us develop our offer of activities and support to ensure we are providing the best range possible. This means you will need to consult with autistic people, listen to what people have to say and act upon what you hear. You will be reaching out to the community across the island and will be planning how to do this, ensuring that we can reach people in a variety of ways. You will be planning activities and events and delivering groups and sessions. 

We can offer a variety of flexible working contracts, including annualised hours. Some evening and possibly weekend working will be needed to ensure that we can meet the needs of our community. 

About you:

We are looking for someone with experience working in a similar role with an excellent understanding of neuroaffirming support. You will have good organisational skills and knowledge of creating surveys, documents and spreadsheets.

This role is for an autistic person and is subject to an enhanced DBS check. We welcome interested people to arrange a visit with us to discuss the role further.
