What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Precision and Accuracy: Ensure data collection is spot-on and perform a range of LGPS pension calculations.

  • Communication: Regularly interact with eligible employers to obtain and verify information, ensuring compliance with LGPS regulations.

  • Variety of Tasks: Handle everything from checking starters and processing leavers to managing pension estimates, transfers, and more as you advance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Office Experience: You’ve thrived in an office environment and are ready to bring your skills to our team.

  • Communication Skills: You can explain technical matters clearly to all types of scheme members and employers.

  • Tech-Savvy: Your Microsoft Office skills are top-notch, and you have a good numerical aptitude.

  • Learner’s Mindset: You’re eager to learn and stay updated with complex scheme regulations.

  • Customer Focused: You have a knack for providing excellent customer service and can adapt to changing situations with ease.
