Join our lively team at The Wight Mouse, a popular community pub known for its welcoming atmosphere and delicious food offerings. We are on the lookout for a Team Leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Assist the General & Assistant Managers in daily operations to ensure smooth running of the pub.

·  Provide outstanding service to our guests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

·  Support in managing the staff team, including training and coaching,

·  Oversee health and safety compliance, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and customers.

·  Assist in managing financials, including till reconciliation and cash handling.

·  Develop and implement promotional events and strategies to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

·  Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in pubs or restaurants.

·  Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·  Knowledge of food and drink management.

·  Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

·  A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
