Responsible for taking workshop bookings from customers in person, by telephone and electronically. To arrange these bookings such that the diary is loaded appropriately, and the descriptions of work to be completed are accurate. To greet customers at service reception in a polite and efficient manner, and to keep them updated as their service or repair progresses. To invoice and take payment for the work completed.
