We are now looking for a full time Service Advisor to join our expanding team in Newport.

As a Service Advisor, you will:

• Meet and greet customers and deal with enquiries.
• Liaise with the workshop.
• Deal with suppliers for parts and costs.

Ideal Candidate will have:

• Excellent Customer service experience
• Experience of database systems and Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent communication skills and an approachable professional manner
• The ability to work in a busy fast-paced environment.
• The ability to multitask.

Previous experience in the motor trade would be desirable but not essential.
