About the role

At The Bay Medical Practice, we believe that every conversation matters.

Our Patient Advisors are far more than receptionists. They are the friendly face at our front desk, the reassuring voice on the telephone and often the first person patients turn to when they need help.

Every day, our Patient Advisors play a vital role in helping people access the right care at the right time. Working closely alongside our clinicians, including within our Rapid Health Hub, you'll help coordinate patient care, support the wider clinical team and make a real difference to the health and wellbeing of our community.

Previous experience in general practice is welcome but is not essential.

Our recruitment process

If shortlisted, you will be invited to a friendly, structured interview lasting approximately 30 minutes.

Rather than trying to catch you out, we'll use realistic workplace scenarios to understand how you think, communicate, learn and approach challenges. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and decide whether The Bay is the right place for you.
