We are looking for a Part-time Receptionist

Must be available some evenings (no later than 8.00pm) and weekends.

The successful applicant will ideally have experience in a similar role.

In 2003 it was awarded the Queen's Award for Enterprise in the sustainable development category for its approach to staff, the local community and the environment.  

What will you do:

• To be overall responsible for the reception shift.
• To strive to achieve sales and customer care.
• To ensure all front office systems and procedures are maintained.
• To take hotel reservations in line with the company standards.
• To deal appropriately with guest comments and complaints.  

What we are looking for:

• Excellent communication skills 
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to work in an organised and methodical manner
• Fully computer literate
• Willingness to progress and learn
• Working knowledge or GuestLine would be an advantage
