About Us: We are an Isle of Wight based, family owned, pub group with iconic venues in Cowes, East Cowes & Gurnard. We focus on a great range of drinks, quality food & service plus year round events.
Role and Responsibilities: As a Front of House Team Member you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pub. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in daily operations and ensuring high standards of service.
- Providing a great customer experience.
- Following instructions from the duty manager to perform daily tasks.
- Handling customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Ability to provide excellent bar & food service as required.
- Comply with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Assisting in marketing and promotional activities to drive footfall and revenue.
Qualifications and Skills: We are looking for proactive and dynamic individuals with the following qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience in a front of house role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
