Digital Systems Support Engineer Apprentice

About the role
We are looking for a confident, talented person to join the Ryde office to learn how to build, test, support and sometimes install our systems. Within this role you will be an Apprentice undertaking the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship and will be learning the vital knowledge, skills and behaviours that will be necessary to succeed within your role. No experience in this field would be necessary, although an interest in technology and the want to help people would be ideal.
Within this role your duties will include:
· Assembling and testing our Blue Box and Guardian systems.
· Arranging delivery, packaging, despatch and receipt of our systems.
· Liaising with customers for part replacements and consumables.
· Providing telephone, email, online video and occasional face to face support for our services.
· Occasional installation, training and support at the client’s premises.
· Learning how to and then conducting training sessions with groups of users by video or in person.
· Testing of new features under development.
· Understanding the organisation's core values and how they link to the service culture.

Desired Skills
Ideally someone that has a valid UK Driving Licence however someone that is currently in the process of learning to drive would be considered.
Good Communication Skills
English and Maths at Level 2 or above
