Customer Experience Supervisor - Teemill

Job Posted: 9 April 2024

Customer Experience Supervisor

Location: Our Head Office in Freshwater on the Isle of Wight

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: Full time (37.5 hours a week)

Every year, 100 billion new items of clothing are produced whilst a truck full of clothing is burned or buried in landfill every second. Our mission is to help brands end waste. To do this we’ve created the world’s first ever closed-loop circular supply chain which allows us to make new products from waste material right from the beginning, and it’s a game changer.

With the expanding scope of the business in 2024 we are future-proofing our customer service team with the new role of Customer Experience Supervisor.

Customer service at Teemill is not just answering the phone, replying to emails and dealing with returns and refunds. Customer service at Teemill involves helping store owners develop their stores, being creative and spotting potential. Working closely with the customer service team day-to-day, ensuring that explicit standards are met and maintained so that every customer receives the best service possible.

The role involves

  • Supporting the customer service team dealing with day to day enquiries,
  • Assisting store owners in developing and launching their own Teemill Store
  • Using your problem solving skills to resolve issues, spot potential for improvement and give recommendations for change that will make a difference
  • A four month training plan that will support you in acquiring experience and knowledge across many areas of the role with clear expectations on what is required to progress

What we're looking for

  • You'll believe in providing world-class customer service and creating a positive experience for our customers
  • You'll be a problem solver
  • You'll be empathetic to our customers, treating them as valued contacts and not just a number
  • You'll have strong written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively
  • You'll always be looking for ways to improve our systems and practices
  • You'll champion the customer's voice internally to make them heard
  • You'll help to develop and coach our customer service team

If you believe you have what it takes to become part of a fabulous team, apply now!
