What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
This role is office and phone based, not viewings. You’ll spend your day speaking with buyers, sellers and clients, matching people to homes and supporting them through their journey.
· Making outbound sales calls — you’ll be proactive, not waiting for leads and targeted.
· Sales progression — looking after clients from agreed sale to completion.
· Social media outreach — connecting with new customers and spreading the Red Squirrel brand.

Apprenticeship Standard:
· Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship.
· Functional Skills in Maths and English is required and if not previously achieved GCSE grade 4/C or above. *Assessed on a case-by-case basis. *
· There is a requirement to complete off the job training hours, which equates to approximately 6 hours per week. This includes time spent either learning something new, other courses or any support work that is not in your usual role.
· Attendance at The Isle of Wight College as required for classroom learning.
Working Week:
· Up to 40 hours per week
· Saturday work required
· 9am to 6pm (5 days per week)
Wage:
· Dependant on skills.
Additional information below:
The current National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £7.55 per hour. This applies to 16-18-year-old apprentices and those aged over 19 in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training. Once qualified and dependant on needs of the business at the time of apprenticeship completion, there may be the potential for a permanent position.
