Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for great coffee and excellent customer service? Zen Café in Ryde is looking for a dedicated Supervisor to lead our team! If you have previous experience as a Supervisor—especially in a coffee shop or restaurant—we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Supervisor in hospitality is essential

Experience in a coffee shop or restaurant is a strong advantage

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Ability to train and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Responsibilities:

Leading and supervising the team during shifts

Opening or closing the coffee shop, including cash handling

Ensuring high-quality service and product standards

Assisting with stock management and ordering supplies

Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

Supporting staff training and development
Working Hours:
Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
