Job Opportunity: Supervisor at Zen Café, Ryde

Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for great coffee and excellent customer service? Zen Café in Ryde is looking for a dedicated Supervisor to lead our team! If you have previous experience as a Supervisor—especially in a coffee shop or restaurant—we’d love to hear from you.

Position Available:

• Full-time

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Supervisor in hospitality is essential

• Experience in a coffee shop or restaurant is a strong advantage

• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Ability to train and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading and supervising the team during shifts

• Opening or closing the coffee shop, including cash handling

• Ensuring high-quality service and product standards

• Assisting with stock management and ordering supplies

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

• Supporting staff training and development

Working Hours:

Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
