Vacancy: Sous Chef – The Royal Hotel, Ventnor

The Royal Hotel is on the lookout for a Sous Chef to join its kitchen team.
As Sous Chef you will be required to support the Head Chef to successfully run the kitchen. Including the preparation of high-quality dishes, ensuring the team adhere to food safety procedures; and run the department in the absence of the Head Chef.

The right candidate will have innovative fresh ideas to contribute to menu development, as well as aid the motivation of others. If you are an aspiring individual seeking a new venture within fine dining, this role is right for you.
