We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at our prestigious Yacht Club.
Working closely with the Head Chef, you will help deliver a high-quality menu and support the execution of club events, private functions, and seasonal dining, maintaining exceptional standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Help deliver a refined, high-standard menu
- Support the planning and execution of events and functions
- Maintain excellent food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Ensure all hygiene, health & safety standards are met
- Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Experience working with fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Ability to perform well under pressure, particularly during events
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-focused attitude
Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience
