We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at our prestigious Yacht Club.

Working closely with the Head Chef, you will help deliver a high-quality menu and support the execution of club events, private functions, and seasonal dining, maintaining exceptional standards at all times. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Help deliver a refined, high-standard menu
  • Support the planning and execution of events and functions
  • Maintain excellent food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Ensure all hygiene, health & safety standards are met
  • Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
  • Experience working with fresh, high-quality ingredients
  • Ability to perform well under pressure, particularly during events
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Professional, reliable, and team-focused attitude

Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience
