Senior Sous Chef

The Old Fort is a multi-award winning seaside pub and restaurant in Seaview, Isle of wight. Located right on the water’s edge on the Esplanade, our outdoor beachfront patio offers sweeping panoramic views of The Solent. 

The Old Fort has had an extensive re-design to include an improved downstairs bar and restaurant layout, a new bar and restaurant space upstairs as well as a new purpose-built cellar, storeroom, and kitchen to cope with the huge increase in demand.

Due to continued demand we are now recruiting for a Senior Sous Chef to join our established team. This position is full time , all year round.

The successful candidate will have experience in a high-volume kitchen, hardworking and looking for an opportunity to contribute ideas for new menus & daily specials.
