What are we looking for?

A pastry chef who has passion to help create and execute imaginative and modern dishes whilst working closely with our dedicated Head Pastry Chef. If you value creativity, precision, discipline and want to produce desserts that guests will remember it may be the perfect opportunity for you. The role will include responsiblites such as:

·         Help develop new pastry and Afternoon tea offerings.

·         Assist with Afternoon tea preparation.

·         Prepare pastry items as required.

·         Ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitized at all times.

·         Oversee pastry section on Head Pastry Chef days off.

·         Maintain quality control of ingredients, equipment and finished products.

·         Monitor stock levels.

      Ensure compliance with Food Hygiene guidelines and Health & Safety regulations.
