Brading Haven Yacht Club is situated on the beautiful Bembridge Harbour on the east coast of the Isle of Wight. The Club has a Bar and Restaurant overlooking the water, and provides dining to our Members, their guests, and visiting sailors.
The restaurant, known as the Galley, serves food at both lunchtimes and in the evenings, including at the weekend. We also cater for larger groups celebrating special events e.g birthdays and anniversaries and have a busy social calendar.
We are looking for a Cook with commercial kitchen experience to join Donna, our Lead Chef, and Hospitality team.
You will have:
- Experience of a commercial kitchen
- A Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
- An enthusiasm to create delicious food and help develop our seasonal menus
- A smart appearance with high personal hygiene standards
- A commitment to reliability and puntuality
- A strong team ethic
- A willingness to develop skills
- A flexible approach to shift working
