St Vincents Retirement Home have an opening for a part time cook, to join our kitchen team, providing  home cooked nutritional meals for 25 residents.

Experience in a similiar role , especially in residential care home, would be desirable , but not essential , it is more important that you are a really good home cook with the ability to cook traditional, tasty meals, cakes and desserts  that older people will enjoy .

We will provide you with a very well equipt professional kitchen and high quality  fresh ingredients to design our meals, as well as training .

The role is part time 25 hours per week to include some weekend working .

Uniform , training , weekend enhancement and overtime rate paid , Pension, ferry discounts , meals on duty and on site parking .
