Join our passionate kitchen team at The Three Bishops, a classic English country pub in the heart of Brighstone Village!

We take pride in serving expertly crafted, seasonal dishes alongside a bar stocked with local ales and tempting tipples.

Now, we’re on the lookout for talented chefs of all levels to bring skill, creativity, and passion to our kitchen. Whether you’re an experienced Sous Chef, an aspiring Commis Chef, or somewhere in between, we’d love to hear from you!

The Role:

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes from our seasonal menu
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
• Helping with stock management and kitchen organization
• Contributing ideas for new dishes and menus
• Supporting the kitchen team and working collaboratively

• Have passion for great food and fresh ingredients
• Are eager to develop their skills and grow within the team
• Have strong teamwork and communication abilities
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Take pride in presentation, flavour, and consistency
