We are looking for chefs at several levels at any of our three localtions (as internal staff movements can be accommodated)

Hiring Locations:

The Chequers Inn, Rookley.

The Birdham Hotel & Restaurant, Bembridge. 

The White Lion, Niton.

The ideal candidates should have a genuine passion for creating dishes from scratch using local produce and learning from our current team. Teamwork is key and all levels of ability are welcome; from apprenticeships to more senior chef positions, plus everything in between.
