We are looking for a range of chefs to work at any of our 3 pubs:

Hiring Locations:

The Birdham Hotel & Restaurant, Bembridge. 

The White Lion, Niton. 

The Chequers Inn, Rookley.

We are looking to hire chefs, potentially with experience at different levels, in full-time or part-time positions. We can offer flexible contract types and a salary bracket can be provided depending on position applied for.

The ideal candidates should have a genuine passion for creating dishes from scratch using local produce and learning from our current team. Teamwork is key and all levels of ability are welcome; from apprenticeships to more senior chef positions, plus everything in between.
