About Us:
We are looking for a passionate Breakfast Chef and a Commis Chef to be part of the team at Albion Hotel. Our main goal is to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
• Encourage and foster a positive and efficient work environment.
• Help create and maintain seasonal menus, incorporating fresh, local ingredients.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet our standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Work closely with the FOH team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Requirements:
• Minimum two years commis chef experience.
• A passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and seasonal cooking.
• Stock control, and budgeting abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on approach with a positive and team-focused attitude.
